Through this annual report, the Institute for the Integration of Latin America and the Caribbean of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB-INTAL) aims to facilitate access to information for a potential readership interested in MERCOSUR, spanning the public, private and academic sectors, and the subregional community as a whole.
Report 12 covers the second half of 2006 and the first half of 2007. The initial draft was prepared by Gustavo Svarzman and Ricardo Rozemberg, with the support of an ad-hoc working group.
